You will often find thriving activity, as each of the zones tempts kids of all ages to challenge themselves. Big plans are still on the drawing board for MAZ's ongoing development. Organisers hope the auctioning of a brand new Westmoreland built home on 25th February 2012, @ 2pm, will raise enough funds to continue with stage two of the skate park area. This includes the establishment of lawns and gardens with landscaping to enhance the outdoor park design. The home auction is another example of the goodwill engendered in the interests of Mangawhai. Local business people, contractors and tradesmen have pooled their resources, many with little or no charge to build the brand new three bedroom home in the boutique lifestyle development, Parkview Waters. Not only those participating, but a lucky new home owner will be making a significant contribution to the community.
