I liked the extra size of the garage, knowing how much "stuff" us men have to accommodate here, plus it had ample room for those bigger vehicles we love to drive! We both agreed the elevated position and the accessibility to good neighbours added as a real nice community feel, and understood why the current owners felt sad to leave this lovely home. However, their loss is your gain, and now you have the opportunity to make this house your home, so do not delay as this will be a popular attraction for any family wanting to reside in the Valley of Pukekohe.
