Finally, something affordable and in such a central location. This picture-perfect gem has got it all. We can throw away the keys, and save on our petrol because the bus stops outside. Glenfield Mall is an easy wander for the shops, doctors, supermarket and amenities. We can even walk to Birkenhead shops if we choose, and be in the City in no time by bus.
Such a perfect first home for us. It'd be awesome for singles, great for retirees looking to downsize, and it's already been a proven investment. With just one tenant in ten years, that really says something! Honey, we have MUST have this one!
