Property Alerts
Setting up a Property Alert
You can set up a Property Alert to notify you by email when properties that meet you criteria become available.
STEP 1- Enter some search criteria into the search panel. e.g. suburbs to search, number of bedrooms, bathrooms, price range etc.
STEP 2- Run your search by clicking on the SEARCH button - this will display your Search Results page
STEP 3- At the top of the Search Results page, click the button that says "Add to Email Alerts"

STEP 4- You will be asked to log in or register in order to set your preferences for the Alert and give it a name.
You can select to receive new listings matching your criteria daily or weekly and opt to receive Open Home lists weekly.
Enter your email address and password (create one if you are a new user), enter the confirmation code displayed and a name for your alert (choose a name that will help you identify the alert later, i.e. 3 Bedrooms in Pakuranga), and click SAVE - your new alert will be created.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Property Alerts remain active for 60 days unless you log in and delete them. After 60 days you will stop receiving the alert.
- You can set as many Property Alerts as you need.
Managing Property Alerts
- You can set as many Property Alerts as you need.
- To manage your email alerts, click on My Email Alerts underneath My Properties in the Search Panel to the left and login with your email address and password.
- Property Alerts remain active for 60 days, unless you cancel them by logging in and deleting them.
- After 60 days we will send you an email asking if you want to continue receiving them. If you do not reply, the alert will be deactivated.
- You can log in and delete alerts at any time, or reactivate alerts that have been deactivated.
