* The Prize and Terms and Conditions of Entry

  • The competition period commences on Monday 12th July and closes on Friday 15th October.
  • To qualify for the competition, you must enter into an Agency Agreement to list property you own for sale with Barfoot & Thompson Limited (Barfoot & Thompson) as your sole agency during the competition period. 
  • There are four (4) prizes to be won, with one prize being allocated to each of the Auckland team’s Sunday home games at Eden Park in the 2010 ITM  Cup national provincial rugby competition - Sunday 22nd August, Sunday 5th September, Sunday 17th October and Sunday 24th October.
  • Prize winners will be drawn on the Friday one week before each applicable Sunday home game – Friday 13th August, Friday 27th August, Friday 8th October and Friday 15th October.
  • The winner of each draw will be notified by Barfoot & Thompson using the contact details provided on their entry. Barfoot & Thompson’s decisions in relation to a prize draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • The prize for each draw consists of six (6) tickets to the Auckland Rugby Football Union’s (ARFU) hospitality lounge at Eden Park, catering and beverages served in the hospitality lounge, tickets for covered seats and travel for up to six people to and from Eden Park to one Auckland location as pre-arranged with Barfoot & Thompson.
  • To redeem the prize the winner must be available to attend the specified Sunday home game they have been drawn for. The prize cannot be rescheduled and is non-transferable , and not redeemable for cash.
  • In the event that the prize winner cannot attend the game they have been drawn for, another prize draw will be made with the prize allocated to an alternative winner.
  • Only one entry per property listed with Barfoot & Thompson as sole agency in the competition period.
  • If the prize winner cannot be contacted by Barfoot & Thompson for whatever reason within 2 business days of the draw, another prize draw will be made and the prize allocated to an alternative winner.
  • Entry into this competition is through completion of the entry form provided by Barfoot & Thompson.
  • By entering this competition you agree to be bound by all applicable terms and conditions. 
  • Entry into this competition is open to anyone who lists their property with Barfoot & Thompson as their sole agency during the competition period, except for employees of Barfoot & Thompson and their immediate family.  
  • Barfoot & Thompson reserves the right to terminate or change the competition or the prize(s) or any of its terms and conditions at any time without notice. 
  • By entering into this competition the prize winner consents to use of the winner’s name and photo by Barfoot & Thompson for any promotional purposes. 
  • By entering into this competition you consent and will allow Barfoot & Thompson to collect, retain, use and/or disclose personal information about you to third parties, including but not limited to ARFU and as required by New Zealand regulatory authorities. This personal information may be collected, retained and held, including your name, and address for research, promotional, marketing and/or publicity purposes without compensation and that copyright of such material (if any) vests in Barfoot & Thompson. Entry into this competition is conditional on you providing your personal details to Barfoot & Thompson. You have the right to access your personal information held about you and request correction of any errors in it pursuant to the Privacy Act 1993.
  • Barfoot & Thompson, its officers, agents and employees will not be responsible for any loss, damage or personal injury (whether in contract or tort (including negligence) or otherwise) which is suffered by any person in connection with the competition or the prizes  in any way, except for liability which cannot be excluded by law. 
  • Anyone attending the hospitality lounge under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
  • The prize winner and their guest must comply with the ARFU’s terms of use of the hospitality lounge and other Eden Park facilities.
