Every year the team from Barfoot & Thompson proudly lines up to form part of the annual Farmers’ Santa Parade – our dancing houses followed by our Gingerbread House float is always hugely popular.
The Auckland Santa Parade features all the amazing pageantry, fun and surprises that have made this annual Auckland City extravaganza a perennial favourite. Heralding the start of the Christmas season, this beloved holiday parade features colourful grand floats representing the cultural diversity of today’s Auckland, lively marching bands, amazing character balloons, plus an appearance by Santa Claus!
Colour your way into the Farmers Santa Parade 2012
With the Farmers Santa Parade fast approaching, it’s time for the annual Barfoot & Thompson Colouring Competition.
As with previous years, we will choose two winners (a boy and a girl), who will be rewarded a place on the Barfoot & Thompson Gingerbread House float in this years Farmers Santa Parade taking place Sunday November 25th.
Immediate family members of the winning entries will also enjoy VIP treatment for the day including a picnic lunch, prime viewing from the corporate grandstand, and free parking.
The competition is open to those between the ages of 7 and 11 years old. Additional entry forms can be downloaded here or can be found at any of our branches.
Entries can be submitted via mail or at any of our branches. The competition closes Friday 19th October, 5pm.
