Mairangi Bay is a residential seaside suburb with a distinct village-like character on Auckland’s North Shore but within easy commuting distance of Auckland City. The area has a real mixture of housing from renovated 1950s houses through to modern, unique designer homes, apartments and stunning cliff-top properties with amazing water views.

The Barfoot & Thompson office is prominently located in the centre of the village. Local residents enjoy the community atmosphere and boutique shopping as well as the convenience of a Foodtown supermarket, banks, travel agents and a post office. Nearby Murrays Bay has a yacht club - a hub for boating enthusiasts - where some of New Zealand’s finest sailors began their careers.
