How do I find a rental property?
Finding a Rental Property is easy, follow the simple steps below:
- Click on the "For Rent" tab in the property search, found in the left column of every page.
- Select the region and optionally the suburb(s) you are interested in from the Region and Suburb drop downs. Suburbs can be removed from your search by clicking on them and them clicking on "Remove Suburbs"
- Optionally choose a "Weekly Rent From" and "Weekly Rent To" range
- Optionally choose "Min Bedrooms" to select the minimum number of bedrooms you require
- Optionally choose "Any Furnishing" you may require
- Click "Search For Rent" to run your search and display the results
Search Results
Search results are shown ten to a page and you can navigate through the pages by clicking on the paging links as shown below

Email Alerts
You can save your search as an Email Alert, allowing you to be notified if any new properties that fit your requirements are listed. Find out how by reading "Setting Up Email Alerts"
Sorting Search Results
You can optionally sort your search results by choosing a sort type from the drop box next to the "SORT" button, then clicking the "SORT" button, the options available are:
- Highest to Lowest Price
- Lowest to Highest Price
- Latest Listings
Property Details
To view an individual property's details, click on the title as shown below, (GLEN EDEN - Cosy Bedsit)
This will take you to the property details page where you can read more about the property and contact the agent.
Saving A Property
You can build a list of properties you are interested in to review later by clicking on the "SAVE TO MY FAVOURITES" button on the property details page. Please note this functionality requires Cookies to be enabled on your web browser, which are usually enabled by default. If you delete your Cookies you will lose your saved properties.
To review your personal list of saved properties, please click on the "Saved Properties" link shown under My Properties in the left column.
