On the first $300,000 of the purchase price* 3.95%
On the balance of the purchase price* 2.0%

Rural Sales Commission Rate Calculation (GST exclusive)
On the first $400,000 of the purchase price* - 3.95%
On the balance of the price purchase price* - 2.0%
Purchase Price: Where the price is:
(a) “Inclusive of GST(if any)” the fee is charged on the GST inclusive amount.
(b) “Plus GST” the fee is charged on the GST exclusive amount.
GST rate for sales on or after 1st October 2010
15% GST rate applies to all sales which become unconditional and are invoiced after 5.00pm on 30 September 2010.
