On the balance of the purchase price* 2.0%

Rural Sales Commission Rate Calculation (GST exclusive**)
On the first $400,000 of the purchase price* - 3.95%
On the balance of the price purchase price* - 2.0%
* Purchase Price: Where the price is:
(a) “Inclusive of GST(if any)” the fee is charged on the GST inclusive amount.
(b) “Plus GST” the fee is charged on the GST exclusive amount.
**Applicable GST Rates
GST rate for sales on or before 30th September 2010
12.5% GST rate applies only to sales which become unconditional and are invoiced on or before 30 September 2010
Provided: Barfoot & Thompson receives notice of confirmation prior to 5.00pm on 30 September 2010 (if we are not advised by the above deadline then commissions cannot be charged with GST @ 12.5% and the 1 October commission will apply).
GST rate for sales on or after 1st October 2010
15% GST rate applies to all sales which become unconditional and are invoiced after 5.00pm on 30 September 2010.
