The face of the real estate industry is changing for the better! Meet Anaia Barnett.

Some years ago Anaia played a substantial role in the establishment of a top real estate company which still exists with a strong market presence today. Roles included administration, sales plus a hands-on position in their bi-monthly publication.

Prior to this she was a trained nurse (her base hospital was National Womens) and in more recent years she and her husband owned a body therapy clinic in Auckland from which they practiced for 8 years.

This vastly varied background has given her the strong communication and people skills which are so vital in the world of real estate.

Anaia is a mother of four children and has wonderful contacts with some of the local schools, kindergartens and sports clubs.

Her interests include acting and dance and she has a strong desire to work with youth to help them boost self esteem and find their own strengths and direction. This ties in closely with her values of honesty, integrity, clarity and quality relationships. She is a proud supporter of Kauri Park Kindy, Verrans Primary School and our local Impact Karate Club.

Anaia has a reputation for being very sincere, honest and focused in her dealings with those who come to her for assistance to buy or sell property. Her overall professionalism and persistence give her a very tangible “X Factor” which puts her streets ahead of the rest.
