Aaron has a very good understanding of tenant's and landlord's needs and his promptness for responding to any matter is one of his best attributes. Coming from a background playing professional soccer Aaron applies the same discipline and focus in his dealings at his job. Speaking Turkish and German also makes him able to communicate well with his tenants and landlords who come from different ethnic backgrounds.
