After 35 years of varied and demanding engineering work, where quality and attention to detail were essential for success, Alex has decided to take his skills and apply them to a career in real estate.

Having been self employed for most of his career, his passion for design and development have involved him in a huge variety of metal products including wrought iron work, designing and building mobile soft serve ice cream trucks, vintage & veteran vehicle restoration including brass restoration work, spray painting as well as designing and building New Zealand’s most popular MG styled sports cars – the MX5 based “TG Sports”, the ”T Car” and the SS100 Jaguar styled “Swallow 100”.

Alex’s possesses all of the essential skills required to build strong and beneficial relationships with his clients. He is meticulous, has great interpersonal skills and is practised at negotiation and contracts. He also has a practical approach to developing solutions and problem solving. Being self employed has meant being involved with staffing management & decisions, accounting, business promotion as well as balancing that with a personal life. He brings all these attributes with him to assist you in achieving the best result from your real estate experience.

Having a wife, Keitha, who is also in the real estate industry was a major factor in Alex’s decision to become a real estate salesperson. Family is very important to Alex, who says that seeing his wife, children and grandchildren grow into the wonderful people they are is his biggest achievement in life.
