Annie Yong
Annie Yong has joined the real estate industry with a passion for people and property. She moved here from Malaysia in 2006 and has never looked back. She says migrating to New Zealand was, “the best decision I have ever made”.
Over the years, Annie has had a colourful career in a variety of industries starting with travel where she received her training in America as a tour manager. From her travels, she discovered her passion for food and interior décor. Running her own restaurants and interior company in Malaysia gained her organisational and planning skills.
The roles she worked in taught her how to communicate with people and to better understand their needs. The most important knowledge Annie brings to her career in real estate is her interior design and marketing experience. Previous home staging and marketing for property developers means she can also work with you to maximise the appeal and presentation of your home.
Although her mother tongue is English, Annie is multi lingual which makes it easy for her to work with people from different parts of the world. Living in a multicultural city like Auckland means that this is not only a huge asset valued by her clients but also an advantage for her work.
