I launched my real estate career in 2007, after a successful career owning Politics, a chain of menswear stores that specialised in upmarket men’s fashion clothing. Real estate was calling; it was in my family, and my brother was the leading auctioneer in Melbourne at the time, so I decided to sell out to my business partner and launch in.

Together with my business partner Anna An, we have written two books; “Selling Your Home” and “The Insider’s Guide to Real Estate”. Anna and I have worked together for over 17 years. We specialise in helping our clients prepare their property for the market. We have a maintenance trailer with all the tools that our clients need to complete the job. It comes with a “To Do List” with photos and instructions on what to do and how.

Another plus for our partnership is that Anna is Chinese and is fluent in Mandarin – while I have a European background, and this gives us a wide appeal to both buyers and sellers, and people from all cultures.

I’ve been selling in various forms since I left school and I bring all these past experiences to my real estate career. Also, I have a special connection to Bucklands Beach; I’ve lived there, my children went to the local schools and as a family, we’ve all been involved in boating and sailing. I was the coach for the junior sailing team for many years and I’m proud to say that one of my young protégés went on to represent New Zealand in an overseas regatta.

I share my hobbies with my two children, Greg and Kelly, my six lovely grandchildren and a special member of our family, Daisy, a miniature Schnauzer. She brings us great joy! My other passions include fishing, sailing, surfing and just being at home!

As a team, I think you could say that our awards and track record are a fair reflection of our personal motto; Do it once, do it right. There are no shortcuts!
