Bronwyn works as part of a family team with Adela Clapham and John Clapham

Bronwyn provides a unique approach to real estate with her experience as a Property Manager, Administrator, and a Bachelors Degree in Business (Finance).

Her previous work experience and continuing education offers a valuable service to her clients from the effects of the tenancy act on selling a property to finance options available in buying a first home.

"There are so many finance options out there for clients that they may not be aware of". The cost of a mortgage can have a much bigger impact on the cost of purchasing a property than the purchase price and it is beneficial for the buyer and seller of a property to shop around. I am more than willing to help point someone in the right direction.

After completing her finance degree Bronwyn decided to return to real estate as property is still her passion. Born and raised on the Shore and a Mother of two "I have a love for the area and all that it offers the family. The local beaches, shops and cafes are important but the playgroups, music groups and sporting groups make it a community."
