Barry has lived on the Hibiscus Coast for 30 years and has been working at Barfoot & Thompson as a Commercial Broker for eight years. Working with Graeme Perigo and taking a team approach, Barry has been ranked in the top 5 commercial brokers for Barfoot & Thompson over the last five years. In 2011 Barry was the number one commercial broker for Barfoot & Thompson, transacting 84 leases, 41 sales, and 11 business sales.

Barry enjoys building long standing relationships with his clients and appreciates
their loyalty. His amazing success to date can be attributed to his specialised
industry knowledge and unsurpassed levels of service.

Prior to entering Commercial Brokering, Barry was Head of Economics at Orewa
College. He also owned a residential building company, completing many
developments on the North Shore. Barry is married with three children.
