In 1986 I started my University Diploma majoring in Industrial and Residential Architecture and in 1989 I began a career as an Assistant Architect and Building Inspector for a commercial construction company. It was while working in the property industry that I decided I could do well in a career as a real estate salesperson. So in 2005, after spending a few years bringing up my children, I graduated with a Real Estate Salesperson’s Certificate and started my new career.
My previous role as an Assistant Architect and Building Inspector means I have gained knowledge and insight into property industry as well as interpersonal and communication skills from working in a corporate environment. I am very passionate about this industry and have personal experience building and renovating property should you require assistance with maximising your properties full potential.
Howick, Pakuranga, Dannemora and Flat Bush are areas my family have called home in the last 16 years. To us, this is a wonderful area to live and operate in because of the lovely community, rich culture and local businesses. I also love the urban properties that exhibit style and class and the lifestyle blocks which are full of nature, beauty and are easily accessible to the local amenities.
