The Barfoot & Thompson City branch is located in a historic building on the corner of Fort and Commerce Streets, and behind the Vero building, which serves as a prominent landmark. The office is conveniently located for inner city workers, and is close to Barfoot &Thompson's Shortland Street auction rooms.

City Branch is one of the largest branches in the Barfoot & Thompson network. It is recognised as being in the unique position of not only selling more apartments than any other branch in the network, but the sales team also sells homes right across Auckland.

Branch manager, Sandra Forrester, leads a team of highly motivated experienced salespeople. The team is culturally diverse - languages include English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Korean and Dutch – truly a reflection of the inner city we live in. You can have confidence that you will be understood. 

The City Branch Property Management team manages the largest portfolio of properties for landlords in the company. We have a dedicated team of Portfolio Managers and letting agents, led by Tracey Boyle, who has over 15 years’ experience in property management. In 2017, Tracey and her team won 'Large Property Management Office of the Year 2017’ at the REINZ Awards for Excellence.
