Chee Lou first entered the real estate industry in 1994 while studying for a postgraduate degree in property. He graduated with a Valuation and Property Management degree, and a Masters in Property Studies in 1996.

He then went to work in his native Malaysia, returning to New Zealand in 2002.

While working in Malaysia he joined a publicly listed property development company in Kuala Lumpur heading their Sales & Marketing Department where he was closely involved in sale & marketing activities, customer relations and feasibility studies for future projects.

Chee’s extensive property knowledge has positioned him very well within the industry. He prides himself on providing the utmost professional service for his clients and strives to achieve the best possible result s.

He has 3 children and lives on the North Shore. He enjoys the lifestyle since moving back from Malaysia.

Chee is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, Malay and a few other Chinese dialects.
