Colleen has had 8 years working along side a property manager managing a very successful and efficiently run large portfolio of over 400 properties.
She started in the Takapuna Office 5th December 2011 and is looking forward to building a relationship with landlords and tenants and building a successful and efficiently run portfolio with her dedicated team.

Colleen has built a strong following of repeat landlord's and tenants. She has a steadfast commitment to ensuring an efficient, transparent and effective transfer of information, returning all calls.

Colleen was a very successful sales person travelling the countryside for a sole trader. She also owned a very successful café, so is hence very people orientated. Colleen enjoys biking and running, especially along the waterfront and has competed in several Triathlons. She brings this natural energy into her position.

Colleen looks forward to fishing when she is able to get away for a break. She owns a boat that is kept in Coromandel at her beach house and dives for scallops in season. She is a dab hand at selecting huge scallops.
