Courtney has lived in Howick for over 26 years. She has attended local schools including Mellons Bay Primary, Bucklands Beach Intermediate and Macleans College and loves the area she grew up in. Graduating with an enviable set of qualifications including a Bachelor of Business Marketing Management major, Diploma in Management and Diploma in Business then getting practical experience means Courtney brings a wealth of relevant skill to her chosen profession.

Completing her big OE in the UK and travelling extensively through Europe has given her the opportunity to expand her horizons and gain work experience in diverse environments.

Joining her mum Val Steven as business partner in the Howick office means two generations are working together to deliver exemplary service with extensive local knowledge. Courtney utilises her marketing experience and qualifications for the benefit of their clients and customers alike.

Their success is reflected in their regularly being in the top 15% of the company, out of over 1100 salespeople

Property is an integral part of her life with her father being a certified builder and eldest brother a structural engineer and her mother having done property development and currently real estate sales; she has been around property and property development all her life.
