Debbie-Lee began her real estate career in 1996 and has now brought her expertise to Barfoot & Thompson’s Greenlane office.

Starting out in Remuera, Debbie-Lee raised her two children in Ellerslie. During this time she has accumulated a wealth of knowledge of the surrounding areas and specialises in marketing and selling in Ellerslie, Onehunga, One Tree Hill and Greenlane.

Debbie-Lee prefers to both list and sell and therefore deal with the whole sales process, ensuring the sale runs smoothly for both clients and customers. "We approached Debbie-Lee to sell our Unit after coming across a flyer in our letterbox from her. She was looking for Units to sell in our neighbourhood.

We listed with Debbie and she made a point of doing additional promotions, apart from the Property Press, by way of flyer drops around the Ellerslie area. She had a fair amount of people go through in the open homes held every Saturday and Sunday.

After being on the market for three months she advised us to consider an auction process, as all had been done to sell the property. We agreed and she then arranged to take some pictures of the place for promotional purposes. She did a very good job as the response from the property press and the auction sign placed on the roadside got a lot of people ringing and enquiring about the Unit.
