Born in Queenstown and raised in Oamaru I came north to Auckland in 1971 to enlist in the Royal New Zealand Navy where I served for 20 years, retiring in 1991. My time in the RNZN created the foundation and the disciplines that I use today in the marketing and sale of my clients' personal and investment property.

In the Royal New Zealand Navy I achieved the rank of Chief Petty Officer. I was, for two and a half years, the Assistant Works Housing Officer, working to ensure the maintenance and upkeep of 515 naval houses and flats on the North Shore. The skills I learned from these two positions are the skills I use today in the promotion and execution of a successful marketing plan.

I have been in Real Estate since 1993 and looking back over those years and the sales I have achieved I believe that my marketing plans, my enthusiasm in the real estate sector, people and negotiating skills have all contributed to the extensive number of successful sellers and buyers I carry on my business database today.

The proof of my success is in the volume of repeat business I have with my clients and the amount of referral business that arrives as a pleasant bonus for having "done the job right". That's exactly the job I will be doing for you when you commit to marketing with me.
