Deborah Andrew started her career as a real estate salesperson on 1998. Over the following 9 years as a salesperson, her high ethical standards and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service saw her achieve outstanding sales results.

Following her success, and with a wealth of knowledge about the property market and the local area, Deborah's move into a management position was a natural progression. She now leads a team of 9 qualified salespeople and a rental department in the Waiuku branch, which covers the areas for West Franklin, Waiuku and the Awhitu Peninsula.

Deborah and her team are committed to delivering on their clients' expectations, which is one of the many reasons they are pleased to be part of Barfoot & Thompson. Barfoot & Thompson are a non-franchised network, which means that when a client lists their property with a salesperson at Waiuku, any one of the company's 900+ salespeople can introduce an interested buyer to that property. This increases the chances of selling greatly.

A family orientated person, Deborah is very proud of her two daughters and enjoys spending her free time with her husband Grant and their grandchildren. Grant's hobby is motorbikes and Deborah is a willing passenger on a weekend run. They live on a ½ acre property in Waiuku which makes the most of the rural outlook.

Deborah belongs to The Franklin Business and Professional Women's Club (as a member since the year 2000) and has attended 5 previous conferences as a delegate for this association. 2011 sees her take on the role of 1st Vice President of her local Club.
