Before immigrating to New Zealand, Eric gained the qualification of Bachelor’s Degree in Law and worked as a lawyer in China. He continued his study at Massey University, majoring in Business. This experience alongside his extraordinary communication and negotiation skills make him a wise choice when considering him as your real estate salesperson. Nowadays, Eric has already become an effective team leader and he gained the award of top salesperson in the Te Atatu branch of year 2010.

Eric speaks fluent Mandarin and English which enables him to communicate effectively with clients of different cultural backgrounds. Eric is not only a patient, enthusiastic and friendly person; he also has high integrity and a can-do manner. He pays close attention to his clients’ needs when searching for the most suitable property for them.
