With nearly a quarter of a century’s experience in real estate, salespeople do not come much more experienced than this. A natural interest in property and in particular her love and appreciation for the uniqueness of the East Coast Bays led Frances to the real estate industry 24 years ago and she hasn’t looked back since.

Extremely professional, Frances is also a fun person to deal with, which makes the sometimes stressful experience of buying or selling a home so much easier. This will sound like a cliché but Frances really is a ‘People Person’ who will go to any lengths to get the very best for her clients which sees many of them coming back to her time after time. More often it’s their grown children who call her now, providing for their own families.

Renowned for both her excellent sales results and dedication to hard work, Frances has proved this over and over - once selling three homes in one weekend!

Involved socially in her local community, Frances loves the relaxed beach atmosphere of the Bays’ and often catches up for a coffee with many old friends from her playing days at the Mairangi Bay Tennis Club. With travel agent husband Terry and their three sons she has lived in Mairangi Bay since 1974 and although they have travelled extensively, she wouldn’t have it any other way.

Its no wonder that Frances has stayed in real estate so long and still gets a huge buzz when she has happy and delighted clients on completion of a sale. Frances believes that the key to her success lies in treating others as she would expect to be treated. Complete honesty and integrity are uppermost to her, and her career certainly bears testament to the success of this philosophy.
