Fran has enjoyed huge success in real estate for almost three decades and for the past 19 years she has specialised in both residential sales and project marketing.

Having recently joined the very successful St Heliers office which celebrates 50 years in the bays this year, Fran offers a wealth of experience to both vendors and buyers alike having worked in the western, central city and now eastern suburbs. This gives her a unique advantage and understanding of all styles of your most important asset, property.

Catering to not only the residential market, Fran has also had the benefit of many years learning the skills of project marketing and has managed the sell down of numerous projects in Auckland and Wellington. She also went to the UK to present and promote New Zealand property to hundreds of locals and ex pats. Countless sales were achieved, many friendships forged and upon her return had one of her most rewarding years in real estate.

In 2004, the prestigious New Zealand Herald advertising award was presented to Fran, recognising her innovative marketing skills and ability to project to the public a unique insight and vision of a property by the use of this powerful medium.
