Grant Alexander and his wife Bonny Faulkner Alexander have a love of the land.

Their personal experience owning an organic lifestyle block which they live and grow on sustainably gives them first hand knowledge of the rewards property can bring as well as extensive insight into the industry. Grant complements his knowledge of the land with experience in subdivision, horticultural development and building. He also has extensive local contacts and knows the area extremely well as he is the 5th generation of a local family. Grant is an avid surfer and fisherman focused on lifestyle, whether it be inland or coastal.

Bonny brings additional skills from her background in hospitality management and tourist sailing. She is also a pioneer kiwi who tested her adventurous spirit when she sailed from New Caledonia to Australia on “Super Shock” at the helm in 30 foot waves.
