After 23 years in the Finance Industry, I joined the Barfoot & Thompson Blockhouse Bay team in 1996, initially as a salesperson and then taking on the rental manager role in 1998.

Living, working and owning property in the area means I can keep a finger on the pulse of the local rental market and am able to give landlords good sound advice on current prices and trends.

I also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This helps build and develop good relationships with landlords and to deal with the day to day requirements of property management - for them and their tenants.

With over 10 years in this industry, my basic philosophy remains the same - to look after property as if it were my own - this means selecting quality tenants, monitoring market rental levels and ensuring the property is well maintained.
