Specialising in property with a “commercial” aspect Graeme, based in Mission Bay office, has a wealth of knowledge to share with you. Graeme has huge experience as he started at Barfoot & Thompson in 1973 and has been property related ever since.

Prior to joining Barfoot & Thompson Graeme enjoyed 12 years as a general manager for Gulf Harbour Developments Limited. Graeme was responsible for the development of the golf course, the canal and apartments and various subdivisions.

Graeme’s biggest achievements in life include property investment, and various sporting activities including marathons, motor racing and skiing.

Graeme loves the Mission Bay area because of the beautiful environment and being close to his home.

Graeme’s proudest time throughout his real estate career, was selling the Gulf Harbour project to Singaporean interests in 1992 for $16.0 million, and then helping them develop it.
