Hello!


I’m Gray Pearson. You may have met me over the last few years, as I have been working in real estate on the Shore for over 25 years. The reason I have remained in real estate for this long is the ever changing climate and the people. Every client is different, every property is unique and I love being a part of that vibrancy helping everyone get the results they want.

I am a big fan of smart marketing and believe in utilising technology backed up with systems and processes that ensure great results for you with the best investment of time and costs. I am often heard to say “You can’t sell a secret” so a great marketing plan is essential.

My primary focus is the people I work with. Many of my clients become friends and my relaxed, calm attitude means that even the gnarliest negotiation can be resolved to deliver a win / win result. My network of local contacts is expansive and ever growing as I meet new clients daily at work and through my many community commitments.

There are probably a few things you should know about me before we decide to work together: I know how to tie a tie but prefer not to wear one. Although I have a background in building and production management, people have always been my first priority and I won’t sacrifice personal principles for a sale. Sue, my lovely wife of 27 years, (and a teacher at Mairangi Bay School) might tell you that I spend a bit too much time at work but I do believe in delivering value to my clients.
