Huw loves what he does! After completing a years cadetship in residential sales he moved on to specialise in residential property management initially as the Ponsonby branch’s residential leasing agent in 2006. He furthered his career to become the Ponsonby branch’s Rental Manager in 2008. Subsequently gaining REINZ accreditation Huw draws from all his experiences to offer tailor made property management solutions for his landlords and prides himself on great service for his tenants.

Heading the Ponsonby team which is made up of Huw, his property manager Maureen Kan and Victoria Wright the rental team’s administrator, the office specialises in all aspects of Property Management in Ponsonby and the Central Bays area of Auckland. Collectively they have over 13 years of experience in the industry and work predominantly in the middle upper range of the market, offering tenant finding and full property management services.

Huw’s ultimate goal is to offer the most innovative and responsive property management business with outstanding service. Something his team’s clients, landlords and tenants are currently enjoying.
