Howard’s love of dealing with people and his flair for sales led him to a career in real estate.
Previously Assistant Manager and Cellar Master of the Northern Club for nearly a decade, Howard’s achievements are many, but all focused on ensuring that he met his customers’ expectations.
Enchanted by the Waiheke lifestyle, Howard has lived on the island for nearly 15 years, becoming a well known local and was responsible and being involved with many projects on Waiheke including kindergarten “Junk to Funk” and swimming pool fundraisers and establishing the renowned Café at Stoneyridge Vineyard.
Howard also has a string of sporting achievements behind him, including a period as an Auckland League Representative and Manager of the Grammar Club Auckland and Waiheke Tennis Champion.
Locally known for selling antiques and other valuable second-hand materials (14 years), Howard has also renovated two villas in central Auckland and he may be able to advise his clients on the potential of a property and how improvements can be achieved.
