Julie Beaumont has been a self employed business woman since the age of 21. She has distinctive people, vetting and leadership skills as well as excellent business acumen.

Since becoming a Property Manager five years ago, Julie has drawn on her experience to minimise the hassles commonly associated with owning a rental property. She has an extensive and growing portfolio and has been acknowledged as a top performer in the industry.

As the third generation of her family living in Warkworth, Julie knows the area well. She lives on a ¾ acre block, which she landscapes and is currently renovating. She is actively involved in the community through her casual work helping people with job advice and presentation. Julie also plays squash and tennis.
