John Clapham joined the real estate industry with invaluable business and property experience. His background includes being an owner/CEO for an engineering company that employed over 100 people and, more recently, working as a property developer for 13 years.

John has extensive knowledge and experience in building and property investment. He is also a great manager who is able to form mutually beneficial relationships with clients, staff and colleagues.

A man of his word, John sees the entire sales process through from start to finish and is dedicated to keeping his word.

Having lived locally for over 55 years, John has a large amount of area knowledge and is happy to advise clients on all things North Shore and Hibiscus Coast – from the people, to the properties, to the local schools, groups and amenities.
