Meet Joan Darragh

Joan holds Branch Manager status with the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand and has 18yrs real estate sales experience.

Of recent years, Joan has primarily focused on the Greenhithe and Albany areas.

With excellent communication skills, Joan is acknowledged for her capacity to go “ the extra mile “ for her clients. She attributes much of her success to the considerable depth of real estate experiences she has accumulated over her long career. Joan displays strong listening skills and is single minded in negotiating transactions for the mutual benefit of all parties.

“I understand that selling and buying a property is a major event in most people’s lives, so I am happy to be involved helping them achieve their goals.” To her credit, much of her business is now referrals from satisfied buyers and sellers.

She and her husband Kevin have three adult children. Matthew is an animation film director in Ireland, Simone, a Human resource manager here in Auckland and Kristen, an opera singer based in London.
