Janet has over a decade of experience within the Real Estate Industry, starting her career as a part time administrator to the Property Manager at Barfoot and Thompson, Takapuna, then moving to the Browns Bay branch as Property Manager.

Janet joined the Milford branch as Rental Manager in September 2006, achieving growth to the rental portfolio and recognition as one of Barfoot and Thompson’s “Outstanding Rental Managers 2008”.

Janet’s other real estate experience includes front line office administration, auction administration and residential salesperson. It is this depth of real estate experience that Janet offers to her clients. A North Shore resident since 1986, she also has extensive knowledge of the area.
