Emigrating from Sussex, England with my family as a young boy, I have been fortunate to call the wonderful North Shore my home for the past 34 years. Attending Rangitoto College, I have come to know and love the character of the shore with a depth that only time and history will develop.

Developing a professional career in Network Television over a twenty year period, I worked for TVNZ, TV3, and Maori Television, "growing up" through various roles from Operational to Management, making a responsible and significant contribution to this industry before moving on.

I built a career on values such as loyalty, integrity, trustworthiness, and dependability, coupled with professionalism, attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

A practically minded "can do" person, I have always enjoyed being hands on with various developments and property improvements over the years, and I have had some experience working with a builder on home renovations as well.
