James Taylor

Before joining the real estate industry, James studied a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Canterbury and a Post Graduate Diploma of Finance at the Financial Institute of Australia. He then began his professional career in insurance broking and sales.
James’ background makes him practiced at negotiation and gives him the ability to see the bigger picture before recommending a way forward. His business skills are enhanced by his personal passion for property, especially character homes in the inner city suburbs.
Outside of his career, James is interested in a wide variety of sports including cycling, tennis, water skiing and running. He has completed three marathons – Chicago, Auckland and Berlin.
