My name is James Yu. I have always had a passion to become involved in the Real Estate Industry.
Before I joined the Real Estate Industry I was employed as a Banking Consultant for the ASB Bank where for four years I was the top performing employee for each quarter. Working in the financial sector has given me a great insight into the Real Estate market and I was able to give professional financial advice to all my clients.
Earlier in 2010, I started my Real Estate career and am now with Barfoot & Thompson. I feel Barfoot & Thompson has a most attractive company culture, the most efficient working system offering great customer service and the most professional salespeople.
I understand that no two properties are the same and as such I will use my abilities and experience to develop the most effective marketing campaigns personalized for each client and property.
