With 15 years of real estate experience, Kim Bloom has a wealth of knowledge to share with you. Kim has been working with Barfoot & Thompson for 12 of the 15 years and has continuously achieved awards with the company. She was nominated one of Barfoot & Thompson’s top 10 Outstanding Rental Managers in 2005, 2006, 2009 and 2010. Her proudest moment in her real estate career was in 2005 when she was one of the four finalists in the REINZ Property Manager of the Year Awards. This is a national award and recognises the top 4 rental managers for New Zealand but what made it more special was that the award was based on feedback from tenants and Landlords.

Kim is passionate about working with the public. Her ability to build long standing relationships with her tenants and landlords is a culmination of her exceptional customer service skills and friendly and approachable demeanour. Kim is dedicated to delivering a first class service by acting efficiently and effectively, providing regular feedback and always treating people with respect.

Experience in helping renovate people’s homes means she can also work with you to maximise the appeal and presentation of your home to attract ideal tenants. She can also speak fluent Samoan should you require specialist language skills.
