Hello, my name is Kerry Goodall and I’m proud to be a salesperson with Barfoot & Thompson, Manurewa. My particular specialty is residential investment property. I’ve nearly a decade’s experience of personal property investment myself, in everything from spec building, student apartments, right through to do-ups and on-sales. What ever type of investment your doing, I’ve either done it myself or worked with a client who does.

It’s an addictive industry real estate, especially so the investments aspect. Everyday, I’m dealing with positive people seeking to grow their wealth and secure their future. It’s difficult not to get caught up in their energy. What I particularly enjoy is working with first time investors. It can be a daunting task planning to buy your first property. Working through the legal structures, organising finance, pros and cons of different types of property in different locations. It’s a lot to process. But that is precisely what I love doing. When working with new investors its important to slow down and listen to what it is they want. Each time I try and remember what it was like when I first started out as a buyer, before becoming a salesperson. Just because I’ve done it literally hundreds of times, doesn’t mean I don’t get just as excited as my clients when building a buying plan and presenting the offers. It’s an enjoyable and satisfying profession.
