We are pleased to be able to write a testimonial for Kelly Midwood who recently helped us not only sell our house but buy a house as well.
We met Kelly as a result of seeking to purchase a property that she was marketing on behalf of an overseas vendor. We made an offer on the property which was subject to us selling our property. We thought the likelihood of a sale on our property was low given two main factors – timing (we put our house on the market during the first week of December), and the economy (NZ was in the midst of a recession).
We expressed to Kelly our lack of optimism to which she replied –‘Keep Smiling’.
To our great surprise and delight Kelly had received two firm offers on our house within only 4 weeks of listing. Within a short time frame after receipt of the first two offers we had an unconditional sale which meant we could complete the purchase of the property that we were hoping to buy.

We chose Kelly to market out property in St Heliers because of her pleasant, positive manner whilst we were visiting open homes. Her professional handling of a multi offer situation we were involved in confirmed our decision.
To find a motivated, cashed up purchaser was a difficult task given the state of the declining real estate market, but a sale was achieved in a few short weeks that included the Christmas holiday period – not an easy time to find a serious buyer.
