First starting with Barfoot & Thompson in 1990, Kerry O’Connor is experienced in all aspects of real estate from administration, to sales and through to rental management.

Kerry’s skill in implementing processes and systems into organisations has made her an invaluable asset to the New Lynn rental team. As well as improving their service, she has given the team stability and increased their profile within the community.

Kerry has been acclaimed by her clients for her commitment, reliability and for giving them the assurance that their investment is well cared for. In the words of one landlord, “I feel so confident and relaxed going on holiday knowing you are in the management seat.”

When she isn’t working, Kerry enjoys spending time with her husband and two adult step children. She is also a keen decorator who has completely renovated the 1930’s home she lives in and is currently designing a house. Kerry also has a lifestyle block in Mangawhai.
