Prior to real estate Louissa completed a bachelor of commerce form the University of Auckland and enjoyed many careers including being an accountant for a leading company in Auckland, a secretary for the CEO of Trafarga House in Bejing and in an office in China as well. Her background has enabled her to develop effective skills including strong people skills and financial investment knowledge.

9 years later Louissa decided to join real estate because she wanted to work closely with clients, making sure there needs are met. Louissa soon decided to join Barfoot & Thompson because of the network amongst salespeople and other branches.

Outside of her real estate career Louissa enjoys spending quality time with her husband John and two sons, Robert and Andrew. Her sons are currently studying at Auckland Grammar School and Auckland Normal Intermediate School. Louissa also enjoys climbing Mt Eden and doing zumba to keep herself active and motivated.
