I believe communication is the key to successful real estate. After fifteen years as a Sales & Marketing specialist in pharmaceuticals, advertising and publishing, I decided on a full time career in real estate and have enjoyed the challenges associated with this fast moving and rewarding industry.
As many of my clients already know, I pride myself on my commitment and ability to deal with all types of people (and property) in a professional and honest way. Relating to individual needs is a key aspect (often overlooked) of real estate. I have developed a proven success in quickly adapting concepts to promote each property I undertake to sell with a thorough knowledge of the local market. I am a consistently high achiever and ranked in the top 5% of Barfoot & Thompson agents. One of my business strengths is keeping clients fully informed at all times.
Using my strong negotiating skills to maximise the best possible return for vendors I have helped many families move house and have developed strong client relationships over the years.
