With over 24 years of combined real estate experience, Lucy and Gary Douglas are a great team with extensive knowledge of the industry and the local property market.

Lucy has completed her management papers and is a fully qualified Associate Member of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (AREINZ). This was a major achievement, and her commitment to completing her studies around hectic work, family and other commitments is testament to her hard working approach to all aspects of her life.

Lucy and Gary own a 7 acre section and maintain around 70 – 100 sheep. They have intimate knowledge of the area and are able to provide clients with accurate and insightful information about the local property market to help them make informed decisions.

Being big on family, Lucy and Gary have 4 children, 2 grandchildren, 2 dogs, 20 chickens, 6 guinea fowl, 60 goldfish, 2 pet lambs and 1 alpaca which keep them busy when they aren’t selling real estate!
