Lynn Parker prides her professionalism and marketing expertise as sound reasons for her success in real estate and the amount of repeat business and referrals she receives is a testament to this. Lynn boasts over 19 years in real estate primarily covering - Albany, Greenhithe, The Bays in the North thru to Westharbour, Hobsonville, Herald Island and Whenuapai in the West. Currently working for Barfoot and Thompson in the Greenhithe office of which I was one of the first to join when the office opened 3yrs ago. Prior to that spent 6yrs working at the Westharbour office. Past experiences have also been the huge involvement in the Development and Marketing/Promotion and more important the large amount of sales, of waterfront sections within the Waimanu Bay Estate situated on Te Atatu Peninsula. I worked on this project for 5yrs for Knight Frank NZ Ltd which was the real estate arm of C.D.L Land N.Z Ltd. Previously to this I was working for Harvey's Real Estate in Westharbour for over 5yrs.
