Since starting his career in real estate in 1994, Lance has amassed 17 years of property experience. Coming from a successful senior management background in life insurance, including sales management and recruitment, Lance was also responsible for creating and owning his own Ray White franchise which, under his supervision, attained Premiere status within 7 months.
Lance is passionate about a career which enables him to work on Auckland’s North Shore and he relishes the opportunity to act as an advocate for its unique seaside charms on a daily basis.

During the course of his career Lance studied for and attained his full real estate license (AREINZ). This study has provided his clients with a unique advantage when discussing the finer points of real estate.
A keen sportsman, possessing a Black Belt in Seido Karate and competing at national level Motocross, he also enjoys sailing, para-ponting and diving in his spare time, Lance is no stranger to discipline and challenge. He mixes his interest in sport and the local community by sponsoring his local squash and croquet clubs.
